In standalone ASREML, the mean can be predicted:

PREDICT mu

Is there a way to do the same in asreml-r ? This does NOT work:

p1 <- predict(mod, classify="1")

I also tried using: NULL, "", "1", "mu", "mean", 1,

Hi, you should use

p1 <- predict(mod, classify = '(Intercept)')

It would work.
